"It’s not easy going back home…"
"It’s not easy going back home…"
From a graphics perspective, this book is centered on the contrast between black and white. The story takes place in an environment where white is the key player.
The reader will trace with their fingers the path that stretches along the entire book, on which the Braille text is printed. You will follow the baby seal along the way to get back home.
In this landscape, everything can change quickly due to the wind, the water and the temperature: even the usual way home might hide unfamiliar obstacles and unexpected surprises.

“The story is clear and simple, suitable for small children. The contrast between black and white is very interesting for visually impaired children. The tactile pictures and balanced and to the point. A path marked by 3-dimensional dots can be a first introduction to Braille and an invitation to interact; it also promotes the child’s learning to follow a line”.
